Project Highlights:

1. Widen the driveway from 38 to 60 feet for a safer and more accommodating entry and exit

2. Add a boulevard between the entrance and exit lanes for increased safety

3. Extend the right turn lane for more cars to exit efficiently

4. Install an 8-foot high illuminated monument sign for better visibility

5. Add 30 new parking spaces to better welcome occasional high usage event parking

6. Improve storm water drainage

7. Install a six-foot fence on the eastern property line for neighborly privacy

8. Add new landscaping and incorporate our Guardian Angel statue for beautification

9. Add appropriate lighting for safety

10. Install electrical service to the maintenance garage to facilitate this project and future electrical needs
