Dear St. John the Baptist parish family,
As a people of faith, we believe that our connection to God is expressed first and foremost as a Covenant of Love. God offers this covenant to us when we are created. This covenant is sealed by our baptism in the font and in the Paschal Mystery, the dying and rising of Jesus. This covenant is lived in the power of the Holy Spirit. God is faithful to His covenant. God invites us to a faithful response. In this beautiful relationship, promises are made and by God’s grace and our free will, promises are kept. Our earthly experience of covenant promises, and their fulfillment, prepares us for the eternal love that we hope to experience in heaven someday. Your church has an important and practical role in sharing God’s covenant of love. Thank you for saying "Yes" to God’s invitation.

Come Holy Spirit! Fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in us the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit, and we shall be created, and you shall renew the face of the earth.
Come Holy Spirit, help us renew this covenant with you. Inspire us to respond to you and one another with generosity. May our life, prayer, worship, service, giving, and sharing be filled with your presence and grace.

Yes. Just like GRACE, we want to verify you are an active member of St. John the Baptist Parish. Prayerfully consider what being an active member of St. John the Baptist Parish looks like for your family in 2026.
How do I get my GRACE Verification Form signed by a parish representative?

Bring your form into the Parish Office during our office hours (M--Th, 8--4) OR visit the Welcome Desk in the Narthex on any of the following dates:

Can I email my verification form for signing?
This year, verification forms will be signed in person only, as we hope to connect face to face with you! We simply want the chance to meet you and be available if you have questions about the 2026 covenant or being an active member of the parish.
