Music Ministry

Here is an opportunity to serve the Parish through music. If you have the ability to play an instrument (ie. piano, organ, drums, flute, horn, etc) or sing, and a willingness to learn new music and prepare for liturgies ahead of time, and possess a sense of reverence for the liturgical celebration this ministry can use you.  Listed below are the different musical groups needed: 

Song Leader/Cantor This requires a strong voice and ability to lead the congregation.  No need to be able to read music.

• Funeral Choir requires availability during the week or on Saturday on rotational basis to sing at funeral masses.
• Children’s Choir is composed of students from all schools in grades 2-8. There is weekly rehearsal during the school year.
• Praise Band sings more contemporary music at Masses on a rotational basis.
• Living Waters with Dave Pufall are composed of adults who are willing to sing at Mass.
• Men's Choir with Dave Pufall.
• Small Groups vary in size and age. There are multiple opportunities to become a member of one of these groups.

Time involved with all music ministries varies by group.  Members are given a practice schedule.
